Last week, the huge stomatitis occurred in my tongue. It was too painful for me to eat or drink.
I heard that the stomatitis was relating to vitamin deficiency. So I googled the vitamins-rich foods.
It is said that Natto, avocado, and Mekabu (root of seaweed) are containng vitamin B, C, E family so much and recommended for stomatitis.
These food were chopped and mixed well. They became very slimy. Unexpectedly, it was very tasty and its stickiness protected the stomatitis when eating.
At last my stomatitis was cured.
